Ultimate pizza with Hyggefisk
Mix the fresh crème with the truffle oil and spread it evenly over the crust. Place the pepper slices on top in one layer. Sprinkle caramelize onion evenly over the pizza.
Dollop the Hyggefisk onto the pizza. Garnish with chives.

● 1 thin pizza crust (cooked and cooled)
● 1 cup caramelize onion
● 1 grilled or roasted red Charleston pepper
● 1 spoon Hyggefisk black caviar
● 1 spoon Hyggefisk red caviar
● 1 spoon Hyggefisk gold caviar
● Fresh chives, finely chopped for garnish
