Hyggefisk Caviar Cake
Transfer the hummus in the platter. Let the cool completely, then refrigerate for about 1 hour, until chilled. Spread the crème fraîche in an even layer over the cooled custard. Spoon the onion, the Hyggefisk red caviar and the Hyggefisk black caviar over the crème fraîche in alternating diagonal rows. Sprinkle the caviar cake with the dill and serve.
● 300 g hummus ( 1 packet)
● 1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
● 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh dill
● 3 tablespoons Hyggefisk red caviar
● 3 tablespoons Hyggefisk black caviar
● 1 cup plant based crème fraîche
